1. Who we are
Homeject is a personal publication run by Alexander Semenov covering decorative concrete, kitchens, patios, landscape, IKEA hacks, garage and shop projects, and related DIY work. Content is informational.
2. Content and accuracy
Every post documents real builds I completed. Prices, materials, and methods are given in good faith. You are responsible for your own build. Local codes, conditions, and tolerances vary. If a project touches electrical, plumbing, gas, structural loads, or anything regulated, confirm with a licensed professional before you cut.
I update prices for inflation when I update a post. Historical posts marked “From the Archives” reflect the method at build time with cost numbers adjusted to current market rates.
3. DIY safety disclaimer
Power tools, concrete, ladders, heights, electricity, and sharp edges are dangerous. Homeject is not responsible for injury, property damage, failed inspections, or any other consequence of following a project on this site. Wear eye protection. Read the tool manual. Know your limit.

Terms may change. Updates get a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
